Year-End Wage and Tax Statement W-2’s are prepared in January and made available to all employee that were paid wages in the previous calendar year. W-2’s requested via mail will be sent no later than January 31st. Employees can now access their W-2 through the PrismHR Employee Portal at any time. Clients also have access to reprint any employee’s W-2 through the PrismHR Manager’s Self-Service Portal. Please reach out to your Payroll Specialist should you require assistance locating this feature.
