Eileen brings more than 20 years of experience in the PEO, Consumer Electronics and Retail Chain-Drug industries to her new position at CEOHR, Inc. She has managed revenues in excess of $300M, 100+ employees and 500+ locations. She is a driven, results-oriented, strategic thinking professional with a proven track record of leading teams, managing large-scale projects, reorganizing internal processes, streamlining operations and delivering superior client satisfaction.

Prior to joining CEOHR, Eileen was with two retail chain-drug corporations, where she held several positions in the areas of multi-site operations, category management, buying, and training & development. She was part of a team that developed and executed a wide range of operational, training, merchandising and marketing programs for the retailer’s network of stores.

As the vice president and general manager of a consumer electronics manufacturer and distributor, a role in which she was responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company, she was successful in developing and implementing strategies to improve operating metrics.

She brought all of her experience, skills and talent to the PEO industry 7 years ago. She began working for a national PEO to provide bundled HR, Payroll & Benefit solutions to small and medium sized businesses. She was promoted to a Regional Client Service Manager overseeing over 200 hundred clients and a team of field-based, client-facing Client Service Representatives. Most recently, with another national PEO, she served as the Director of Implementation overseeing over 250 successful new client implementations and a team of Implementation Consultants and Specialists.

As a result of all of her experience, Eileen truly understands the challenges of small to medium sized businesses. She has a proven ability to maximize client relationships to ensure retention and obtain referral business. Her ultimate goal is to ensure clients are highly satisfied with and recognize the value of the partnership they have engaged in.
